There are several line bets in the game of Craps.
If you want to make a line bet, you place your money on the area of the table that says "Pass Line" or "Don't Pass". You have to choose either ‘Pass line’ or ‘don’t pass line’ bet. In the case of a win with line bets you are paid an amount equal to your bet and the bet amount itself. You place your bet on a ‘pass line bet’ area if you think that the shooter will roll 7 or 11 on the comeout roll or that the shooter will role one of the point numbers and will roll it again before rolling a 7 (sevening out). If you think that the shooter will roll 2 or 3 on the comeout roll or will roll a 7 after rolling a point number and before rolling this point number again you choose a ‘don’t pass line bet’ area.
Odds on a Line Bet.
If the point number is rolled on the comeout the player is allowed to take true odds against a 7 appearing before the point number is rolled again. The additional bet can be equal to the initial bet. The additional bet is called odds bet. In different casinos the odds bets are different. In some casinos the odds bet amount is the amount equal to the line bet amount or lower. Some casinos allow making odds bets of two, three or even more times the amount of the line bet. The odds bet is paid at a rate equal to the odds of that point number being made before a 7 is rolled. The area for placing odds bets is behind pass line bets. Be aware that you will not find an area for the odds bets on the craps table. One Roll Bets are made by clicking on the corresponding area of the Betting Layout. There are seven One Roll bets. The paoff is dependent on a bet. Any Seven pays 4 to 1. Any Craps (2, 3 and 12) pays 7 to 1. Eleven (YO) and 3 pay 15 to 1. Hi-Lo (2 and 12) pays 30 to 1. Horn Bet (2, 3, 11 and 12) pays 7 to 1 (2 or 12) or 3 to 1 (3 or 11). Hardway Bet is made by clicking on the corresponding area of the craps table. There are four kinds of Hardway Bet. Hardway bets are turned off by default during a come out roll. To force a bet on, hold down the shift key and click directly on the bet. If a pair is rolled before a 7 or any other combination of the Hardway number is rolled you win. Buy bets pay correct odds but you 5% will be taken out by the house. A buy bet wins if the number rolls before a 7. To make a Buy Bet you have to click on one of the numbers of the table. Buy bet is turned off by default during a come out roll. To force the bet on, hold down the shift key and click directly on the bet. Lay Bets is based on selecting a number and placing a bet on it. To win Lay Bet a 7 has to roll before the selected number rolls. To make a lay bet you have to click on the corresponding area of the betting layout. Lay bet is turned off by default during a come out roll. To force the bet on, hold down the shift key and click directly on the bet. The Don't Pass Bet is the opposite of the Pass Line bet. Odds bet on the Don't Pass bet You can make an Odds bet on the Don't Pass bet after the shooter establishes the point. To make an odds bet you have to click on your original Don't Pass bet. If the point number is a 4 or a 10 the payout is 2:1. If the point number is a 5 or a 9 the payout is 3:1. If you have a 6 or a 8 the payout is 6:5. The Don't Come Bet The Don't Come bet is the opposite of the Come Bet. The Don't Come bet can only be made while the shooter is trying to repeat the point-number. Click on the Don't Come button to place a Don't Come Bet. You can make odds bets on the don’t come bets. C & E Bet The C bet is exactly the same as a bet on any craps.
