There exist at least two ways of tipping a Craps dealer.
A Hand-In.
Decide how much chips you want to trip the dealer with and toss this number of chips onm the Craps table and say “For the dealers.”
Bet for the dealers.
You can tip the dealer by making a bet for him. In the case of a win of this bet the dealer gets the bet itself and the amount won.
When to tip
You can tip during your session (especially if you're on a hot streak), or at the end of your session. Most dealers probably prefer that you tip as-you-go, because you might bust out and not have any money left at the end of your session to tip with, but this is not to your advantage, of course. As a player you’d better bet for the dealer once or twice during the game and then hand I when your game is over. Early tipping allow you to get the best service and avoid tipping too much later.
